General Permit Requirements
- Contractor’s License
- Contractor’s Certificate Of Insurance (Certificate Holder: City of Oak Hill - 5548 Franklin Pk, Ste 101, Nashville, TN 37220)
- Signed Copy of Contract (to include cost of construction)
- Site Plan with Setbacks (to include pre and post plans, tree protection and erosion control)
- Road Bond ($200 x Linear Foot Road Frontage)
- Fees will be calculated at permitting
