Please direct all all inquiries and application submissions pertaining to Solicitation Permits to CityAdmin [at] oakhilltn.us (CityAdmin[at]oakhilltn[dot]us).
Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your Permit. You may be called or emailed by City Staff to discuss your application.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice in the amount of $50. Payment options include:

Check (payable to the City of Oak Hill)
All applicable fees must be remitted in full prior to the issuance of any permit. After payment has been completed, email cityadmin [at] oakhilltn.us (cityadmin[at]oakhilltn[dot]us) to receive your Permit.
Note: Any violations of Ordinance 13-17 shall render this permit null and void. This permit shall expire six (6) months from the date of issue or the same date the permit holders’ privilege/business license expires, whichever occurs first. In addition to any other action the city may take against a permit holder in violation of an ordinance, such violation shall be punishable by a penalty of up to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
