ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE Upcoming Construction Update

Road Closure Notice – 881 Tyne Blvd
For Culvert Replacement and Stormwater Improvement Project

The City will be conducting important infrastructure improvements on or near 881 Tyne Blvd. This work is necessary to enhance stormwater management and roadway safety.

What to Expect:

• Full 24-hour road closure on or near 881 Tyne Blvd
• Excavation will exceed 12 feet, making temporary reopening with steel plates unsafe

Proposed Schedule:

• Road closure beginning April 20, 2026 through May 25, 2026
• Actual construction is expected to take approximately 5 days, with efforts to restore traffic by the weekend
• A two-week window is included to account for weather or unforeseen delays

After Reopening:

• Work will transition into a lane closure
• This phase may begin earlier if progress allows

Notifications:

• Advance notice provided via message boards
• Door hangers distributed to nearby residents
