  1. Residential Variance Submission/Review/Appeal: $100
  2. Church/ School
    1. Conditional Use Permit Submission/Review without addition of impervious surface: $500.00.
    2. Conditional Use Permit Submission/Review with addition of impervious surface: $3,000.00 for reviewing both BZA and PC.

    Note: The fees stated above shall be doubled in the event an applicant takes any action on their property that would require any of the above-stated applications and submissions without first obtaining the approval required by ordinances and regulations of the City of Oak Hill and without first paying the appropriate fee to the City.

  3. Subdivision Fees
    1. Subdivision Preliminary Plat: $1,000.00 base fee plus $250 per lot for each lot over two (2). This includes two reviews by staff/ engineer/attorney. Any additional plat review required shall be $250.00 for each review.
    2. Subdivision Final Plat: $1,000.00 Base Fee plus $250 for each lot over two (2). This includes two reviews by staff/engineer/attorney. Any additional plat review shall be $250.00 for each review.
    3. Construction Plan Review: $500.00
    4. Steep Slope Review Fee: $800.00 if not in the Radnor Overlay. The fee shall be $1,000.00 for both the Steep Slope Review and the Radnor Overlay Review if both are applicable to the lot in question.
    5. Radnor Overlay Review Fee: $600.00 if not in a Steep Slope. The fee shall be $1,000.00 for both the Steep Slope Review and the Radnor Overlay Review if both are applicable to the lot in question.

  4. Other Items
    1. Plan review fees, residential: Small construction: $50       Large construction: $100
    2. Plan review fees, commercial (schools or churches): $50 per hour
    3. Telecommunications tower fee: Based on value of project (per 1997 SBCCI)
    4. Fine for not obtaining a permit: Double the permit fee for the project
