New One Family Dwelling

Submit 1 complete set of drawings to scale for plans review, including of one site plan showing the lot drawn to scale, impervious surface calculations, all setbacks, house relative to the setbacks, driveway location and access, and all easements that are on the property. The drawings should be prepared by a licensed architect or engineer and should include foundation plan, floor plans, front, rear and side elevations and wall sections. Upon plan submission, a site inspection may be required prior to building permit issuance.
